False Alarm, It's Not a Christmas Miracle

If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is.  Unfortunately, Bob has not evolved into an adult human being.  Here's his latest "civil" comment on columbuzz:

"Dude, protecting my wife and family isn't a threat. You have some asshole threaten your wife and dog when you're going on vacation and see how much threatening you do."

Name calling violation #1. And no one on my blog threatened your wife and dog. Lie #1.

"In fact, see how you react when people constantly attack you, as the idiots on your website attack me on a daily basis and see how you react".

Name calling violation #2. Well you've been attacking Fred Barkes constantly for months, but I guess that's OK since you are never wrong and you never lie. What goes around, comes around.

"Every WORD I wrote about Fred Barkes was, and is, true."

Lie #2.

"Yet you and those idiots on your website continue to team up with his son and Charlie Townsend and call me a liar. NONE of you look at the facts to see what is true. You don't care. All you want to do is attack the person that brought out the truth and the facts."

Name calling violation #3. And you are a proven liar.

"Fred Barkes is an incompetent nitwit who has a staff that is just as incompetent."

Name calling violation #4.

"I showed proof of all of it, and you idiots support him and attack me for bringing the facts out, NO MATTER WHAT."

Name calling violation #5 and lie #3. And I'm still waiting for any facts from you.

"You have yet to show ONE thing I said was false. Not ONE."

Lie #4. I have shown several.

"If I showed proof that he molested kids or burned down an orphanage, you would still defend him."

Why do you always use molesting kids as an example?

"But you people, and the rest of the people that voted for him, if they knew what I revealed, are unbelievable."

I thought columbuzz exists just to stroke your huge ego.

Do you know why no cease and desist orders? Because your site does not generate enough traffic for them to care.

Is Bob Evolving?

Since I've been very critical of Bob and columbuzz lately, I'm a little surprised at the recent developments on columbuzz.  Has my exposure of their "shenanigans" on their website embarrassed them and caused them to make some positive changes?  Here are some of the changes that I've noticed:

• They are no longer blocking my IP address from columbuzz.  Of course, I got around their IP blocking fairly easily, but still this is a positive change.
• They actually posted one of my comments and have not deleted it (at least not yet).
• They seem to be allowing more comments that express dissenting views on their "articles".
• Bob has stopped the name calling and is not adding his usual commentary.

My questions about these recent changes:

• Will they last or are they just temporary to get me off their backs?
• Why did they make these changes?  Was it my blog?  Threat of a lawsuit?  Bob evolving?  Decrease in visits to their site?

Whatever the reason, I hope the changes are permanent.  If they are, then maybe I can stop blogging someday soon and ride off into the sunset.  I still don't like some of the emails that they post.  The latest one about John Kennard was painful to read.  When someone is that illiterate, it is difficult to take anything they write seriously.

Bob is Still a Hypocrite

Bob the Hypocrite

Is Columbuzz a Cult?
