Bob Lets The People Decide

Bob wrote on columbuzz:
"I am going to post the facts and let people decide."

We all know that Bob can't just post facts without trying to pass off his opinions as facts.

"It appears that our Columbus Township Trustee is either playing games with the money, stealing the money, or he and his staff are simply too incompetent to keep track of the funds entrusted to them."

Um, Bob, these statements aren't facts.  They're your opinion.  I know it's hard for you to tell the difference, so that's why I'm here to help.

"The State Board Of Accounts did a study recently of how the office handles the money they use to perform the job. According to this report, they failed miserably!"

I don't remember seeing "failed miserably" in the report.  Your opinion again, Bob, not facts.

    It's one thing to be audited, find mistakes and then comply with the regulations. It's quite another for the Trustee to just ignore what the audit found.

    (4)conspire to violate this section.

    1. Actual Mileage Disclosure if any vehicle registered to your name is sold.
    2. Warranty Fraud.

    Today's vehicles are equipped with computers which register and record actual mileage, independent of what can be controlled or altered by the operator.

    This data is tamper-proof, and it has been, and may be, used to convict violaters of Odometer Tampering Laws.


    Better grab a can of gasoline, and take your vehicles out to an isolated bean field, Crooked Bob.
