Bob talking in code? Priceless! The value to his readers is non-existent like most everything Bob says. This, of course, makes NO SENSE but does Bob ever make sense??
I've said this before. I'm no fan of Bob's personal attacks. But I do believe that everyone is entitled to their opinion. This lawsuit from the Barkes and Ferrenberg families is baseless. I understand they may be upset that Bob is so hateful, but that doesn't mean they can sue him and get some financial windfall. He's entitled under the first amendment to speak his opinion. If people don't like what he writes, DON'T READ IT! "Dude"! Even you keep frequenting his website. STOP!
Bob has accused them of illegal activity in a very public forum in an effort to commit defamation. That is committing libel and is subject to compensatory action. That's the bottom line.
Freedom of Speech does NOT apply to all circumstances.
Maybe Bob has no other way to contact We Da Pee.
