I'm not a smart man, but I doubt a police officer who thought enough of the harassment (you know he saw the stuff)would agree the victims brought it on themselves. There's a similar legal bar from that train of thought. It's called the rape shield. (ie you can never say a rape victim was asking for it)

1) I'm not getting into that situation because I know nothing about it. BUT..... I read the comment and there was no threat. None. Only someone telling Bob that he doesn't know what he's talking about. Why is it that those who are quickest to threaten others are the first to scream they've been threatened?
2) The article claimed no author. It is safe to assume Bob wrote the article because the comment was directed at him and the article was a direct response using words like "I" etc.
3) The king of hypocrisy wrote this on the first line of the article:

Hey Bob, I thought it wasn't your website so why do you care?? I don't harass your advertisers but I do ask them to check out your website carefully. That's not harassment, just an appeal to common sense.
Many advertisers have disassociated themselves with columbuzz because customers have informed them of the content. This is not harassment. It is capitalism. I can choose which companies to patronize. In response, those companies can choose whether they wish to be associated with certain entities.
If these businesses felt they or their customers were being bullied they would file police reports.

Bob has commented about that picture before and called it a sphincter. It was Jeremy who first used the lips excuse and that was a few months ago, and only after complaints did he come up with it. Bob jumped on the lips bandwagon soon after.
He's already took it off the article but if you right click it when it shows up again (and it will!), the filename stats with "anus".
