LOL! Actually, it's pretty common for EMS providers to have medic response vehicles. I know you're not used to it in this small town, but do your research and you'd see. The point in medic response vehicles is to keep them free for emergencies and not have them tied up on non-critical runs or transfers.
As far as "flying thur town driving all wild", have you seen CRH, CPD, CFD? They all fly "thur" town. Sometimes they hardly slow down at red lights. All of them need to slow down before they kill someone.
As far as "Stat log wagons", I wasn't aware they were in the business of transporting logs. Why do you find it necessary to put down our EMS people? I don't care what service it is, if I need help, I'll appreciate it. You should too.
