Bob vs Ricky

Bob wrote on columbuzz:

"Ricky Berkey says we 'deal in rumors, scandals, innuendos and you encourage it. It's mostly false, mostly bullshit.'"

Ricky is one smart guy.

"Well Ricky, here we are posting your writings. Which of the three categories mentioned does your crap fall into?"

Posting his writings without permission.

"Prove anything we say as false and we will retract and apologize. I say you can't. I say most people we write about would be afraid to try for fear that more truth will be exposed."

Again, Bob still thinks he can say anything he wants and you have to prove him wrong.  Bob has yet to prove himself right about anything.

"Just because you don't believe it doesn't mean it's false. Just because you haven't seen the evidence, it doesn't mean it isn't true."

Just because it's a rumor or hearsay doesn't make it true.

"A lot of people in this area, and just about everywhere else, think they can hide what they do and when someone points it out they think they can keep it hidden and secret by squashing the whistleblower."

You mean people who advertise odometer tampering devices on the internet for 10 years?

"It appears that those who so strongly defend the people with dark secrets have something to hide as well. Maybe we should look into those who defend the wrongdoers as well."

More threats from Bob.  In other words, if you disagree with me, I'll make up some lies about you too.

"So we'll keep whistlebowing and you can keep trying to squash us. Good luck Mr. Berkey."

You keep whistleblowing hot grills, illegally parked cars, and moldy bread and we'll continue to laugh at your shenanigans.

Bob Freeman continues to add people to his already lengthy list of those he was initially civil with, until they expressed themselves in an opposing manner to Bob's warped method of thinking and blabbering.
That's when he turns on them like a crazed circus elephant on a vicious tirade...

...except that the elephant is always justified in it's actions.

--- I have printed that comment from Bob and sent it to the Barkes' and Ferrenbergs to give their lawyer. Seems to me the judge/jury will find such comments relevent.

When is the last time you have investigated the MAyor or the City Council? How about finances? Really? Who's they? Fred Barkes seems to be the only "they." How about you actually investigate other people like the MAyor or Clerk Treasurer. Oh yeah, that's right. They are Democrats. See, partyism is stupid. It's all about I have got my back and you have got mine and no one has to know.

Great question. I'm positive that Bob will never investigate the mayor, no matter what.

The Mayor and Columbus Common Council are audited by the SBOA continuously. There is no wrong-doing Phil. Put your top-hat on and fly away :-)

Seriously though, I have more problems with CDI and this downtown Terry Coriden-esque secrecy!

Bob, or the Bob-o-bot that licks Bob's concrete-crusted Florsheims said this:

Hmmmm...wasn't an audit performed on the Trustees Office that deemed the financial affairs satisfactory to continue as no 'wrong-doing' or further investigation was warranted?

Yet.........our Village Idiot did not accept the authority, and validity of the audit/auditors, and their lack of any attempt to file criminal charges.

That or they fear Bob and the bots will attack them through writing more falsehoods about them. Typical bully stuff. For some reason Bob reminds me of the unintelligent village idiot from past days yelling “Stone them!” trying to incite violence against others to keep anyone from looking too closely at him. Bob just doesn’t get why this country says innocent until proven guilty and obviously does not think along those terms. He is more into saying someone is guilty and not be able to back it up, then saying they need to prove themselves innocent….Bob is Judge, jury and trial against everyone else. It is really disgusting that anyone supports his behavior.

If Bob ends up in a jury trial, how exactly will they find a jury of his peers? There's only one village idiot: Bob.

They will go down to the waste treatment facility and collect at least a dozen 'floaters'.
...............and they will all find him guilty!

I suppose you meant this in jest, but just because the SBOA says everything is in order. That just means LEGALLY, everything seems to be okay. What is legal is not always right. CDI, for instance. SBOA has caught the current clerk treasurer taking 500,000 dollars from police and Fireman's pension funds and putting them somewhere else. That is indeed against the SBOA accounting rules and is actually illegal. It was corrected, and everything is fine, but do not automatically assume because no one goes to jail that wrongdoing (not necessarily criminal wrongdoing) is not happening.

Phil, we can split hairs over whether something is 'right' or 'wrong' in our respective opinions. Decisions are made at all levels of government by people who sometimes make mistakes. 'Wrongdoing' happens for a lot of reasons but is not always criminal in nature. Suggesting otherwise is not fair. I agree that there are issues with CDI that need to be re-evaluated but the people you support will have a chance when they take office next year. Yes Phil, your candidates will win. It's time to stop throwing fuel on a fire that's not really going.

Suggesting that something is criminal when it is not is not just unfair, it's wrong. Stop throwing fuel on what fire? Novemeber has not come yet. So these are not dead issues yet. They will not be until the people stop worrying about them or they are solved.

The Mayor said in his final address that ski lakes and trash fees are not issues. Ski lakes are no longer issues since they are not technically part of the plan, though they once were. But the Trash Tax is still an issue and always has been an issue since its implementation. Both Kristen Brown and Priscilla Scalf see that it's an issue.

This is part of the problem. The current folks do not know what the issues are. most of the candidates agree about what the issues are, implementation and solutions are what we will be voting on in November. That and the qualifications of those people. It will be interesting to say the least.
