I own the domain name, period. I HELP moderate and I post my opinions here. I never used, manufactured, or sold any odometer tampering device. Some friends and I made a switch for a fuse on a vehicle and thought it would be useful for people that wanted to keep miles off their car. Two days later a friend of mine informed me it was illegal. We never sold or used one to tamper with odometers.
You actually expect people to believe this? Here are some questions for you Bob that I'm sure you'll never answer truthfully:
- Did you advertise an odometer tampering device for sale on the internet for about 10 years?
- Is advertising such a device against the law?
- Did you test the device before advertising it?
- If you did not test it, how do you know it worked? What if you sold devices that didn't work? Would that be considered fraud?
- If you did test it, did you use one of your vehicles to test it? If so, did you sell the vehicle used to test the device?
- If you did not manufacture any, then why did you write on your advertisement "I make a device that lets you turn your odometer on and off" and "I have an unlimited supply of these"? Sounds like manufacturing to me, unless the man who never lies was lying on his advertisement.
I was investigated for trespassing because I reported on the wrong people breaking the law, and I was running for office against a Republican. Plain and simple political bullshit.
Still delusional. And you lost five elections just because you're a Democrat, right? Tell that to the mayor.

We post NOTHING that isn't true and we can't prove. You'll see. They want to air this in court, then let's air it ALL in court. Being sued doesn't make me guilty of what I am accused of. It's political bullshit just like the trespassing accusation was.
The counter-suit is a joke and you have yet to prove that Fred Barkes is a criminal. You really should stop lying Bob. And even more lies and rumors are on the way?

Let's break a little of this down:

Let me get this straight, it is to keep miles off of the car. Does this magic device keep wear and tear off of the engine, transmission, and other parts of the car? No. So, it doesn't keep the wear and tear off, just the record of how much wear and tear so that it appears to have had less than it did. This is fraud pure and simple.

You have said before that when you post you were told a certain thing, you are telling the truth. Maybe you were told those things, but by doing so you are putting out a possible mistruth out there because if they are lying, by putting the lie out there (indirectly) you are aiding that lie being spread. Try putting down that you were told Bob Freeman is a child molester. You have been told that, so why aren't you putting it up there?

He has stated numerous times that he had nothing to do with the process except helping his friend by listing it online. Now he says he was involved from the beginning.

When Bob goes to court he will be shut down so quickly when he attempts to bring up all of the hearsay that he thinks will be accepted as fact. The judge won't even hear half of it if the Plaintiffs' attorney is on top of it.
I thought NAPA made the switch...hmmmm. Maybe Bob is talking "switching" his stories. Or maybe he is talking about others making the "switch" from supporting him. Or maybe the "switch" he should have been given a long time ago. Maybe the moral "switch" he makes when accusing his opponents of actions (they didn't commit) that the people he supports are KNOWN to have.
Bob behaves as if he is Walter Mitty. Clandestine odometer devices, sneaking around in buildings looking at personal documents, late nights at Walmart making money drops for classified information, secret spy photos of handicapped parking violators, etc.
I believe that Bob Freeman is mentally retarded.
Maybe Shelby Materials has an incident report where Bob was hit in the head with a chunk of concrete he was supposed to be testing.
MAYBE he works for Shelby Materials as a Human Crash Test Dummy, and their testing consists of Bob taking a hit in the head from blocks of concrete. They've told him that he is a Concrete Technologist, however he is only a test subject.
That's why they keep a dumbass like him on their payroll.

--- What a crappy analogy. I will try to follow it to its absurd end though. He failed to mention that the man wants the garden owner to supply the gas for the tractor; build and maintain access roads to the garden; provide fire and police protection for the corn and his workers; provide health and safety inspections; etc, etc, etc. If the garden owner fails to do this then he is still contractually liable (note: not libel, Bob)should the owner not fulfill all those obligations. So how much does it cost the owner of the garden? PLENTY.
I would like to note that I actually agree with tax abatements for incoming companies. It helps the city grow, provides employment and higher tax bases down the road. I do not agree with people like BOB FREEMAN who LIE to get their way. Tell the people the way it really works and they will make the right decision.
Of course there is the high probablity (see note above about tampering with odometers) that Bob Freeman really is just a moron. Maybe he really thinks it won't cost a penny. Jamie Johns, Jason Vest and Bob Freeman are IN BED TOGETHER. I have said this since the beginning.
I have said here before that Jason Vest is a wolf in sheep's clothing. Johns has nor reputation left in Columbus, never has, and Vest is his mouth-piece. They are nasty people. Bob Freeman fits in between these two just fine.
Bob says he is counter suing. This is a lie. Bob admitted on columbuzz his lawyer refused to counter sue. So Bob wishes to find another lawyer to take the case on contingency. We can assume it hasn't happened yet because big mouth would have bragged about it. It won't happen either. A lawyer will only a suit like that if he/she thinks its winnable. Bob wants to sue because he was yelled at and embarrassed in a public meeting? Ahhh poor baby. Were Bobby's feelings hurt? Here's a hint Bob, you embarrass yourself everytime you open your yap or get behind a keyboard.
