Indeed if funds are misappropriated and things are going on with that money that the governing body has no business being in, then yes, we need to look at it, but I agree. Cite the law. SBOA cites everytime they audit and find something.

I'm not sure on what grounds Bob is counter-suing. Sounds like another act of desperation.
He says he didn't plan on doing anything about it UNTIL they filed suit against him.
This makes it RETALIATORY only, i.e. FRIVOLOUS!
Bob should delete these words from his amateur website. If the judge sees that it is only for revenge, he'll throw it out along with Bob's sorry ass.
And doesn't 'countersuit' mean that it is related or opposing the suit against him?

How about the fact Bob is telling people they don't have to cooperate with DCS (or what Bob calls CPS). I hope noone from that office gets ahold of that.
