The refund was awarded because the seller closed the account after the transfer, thereby disallowing the seller the ability to reply or respond to the claim made by Jennifer Novak.
The refund came directly from PayPal, as there are no funds in the closed account of the seller, and the bank account opened for this specific transaction by the seller was closed as well.

I have heard second hand that Jason was upset about Bob's campaign, but has he told Bob this face-to-face? Has he submitted comments to columbuzz regarding his thoughts on the campaign? Apologizing in person to Fred Barkes is a good thing, but to me, it's not enough. In my opinion, he needs to publicly distance himself from Bob.

He's also bounced payroll checks in the past. I'm not sure about that situation since Jason has been involved, but in the past people had bounced payroll checks.
Jamie bounced payroll checks for years and had tax liens.
I know for a fact that STAT used to bounce checks at Wal-Mart constantly.

Allow me to explain to you why this is. STAT Ambulance is JAMIE JOHNS. Stat claims to have been in business since 1959. That's a lie. It is a reference to Jamie's dad, former Sheriff Walter Johns, who ran the county owned OPERATION LIFE Ambulance out of the jail while he was Sheriff 1958-1962. Jamie started Operation Life as a private business in the 1980's. He was NOT IN THE AMBULANCE BUSINESS FROM 1959, IT'S A LIE. Jason Vest was not anywhere around during the days of Operation Life. He joined the company as an EMT later on and Jamie fell in love with him. Jason left the company and moved home to Bloomington and only returned to Jamie's lair in the past 8 or 9 years.
STAT AMBULANCE is associated with JAMIE JOHNS. It always has been and always will be. Jason may be a PART owner but STAT IS JAMIE JOHNS. Don't be fooled by Jamie's latest attempt to manipulate public opinion into thinking he has a lesser role, he is still calling the shots!
Don't expect Bob Freeman to report the truth about STAT. STAT is a democrat ambulance service.
Gertrude/Neida (whatever you want to call yourself)... You pretend to know everything about Stat and Jamie and Jason's history. However, the things you say are not correct. They are so far from the truth.
Are you sure you aren't related to Bob Freeman? Are you possibly Bob's wife or sister?
I'm not sure where you are getting your "facts" but they are NOT accurate. If any of you want to speak to Jamie or Jason about the history of Stat or their business partnership, call them. The number to Stat is 379-9111. I spoke to Jason today about this site and the crap people are posting and he said he'd look at it. I've asked him to respond to stop the stupid rumors and innuendo. I'm not sure if he will or not.
Regardless, I'm sure it must be easy for you to create a fake name or use anonymous to spew your lies. If you really believe what you're saying is true, why are you hiding? Say who you are. I'm sure you won't because you know there is no truth in your words. They are just words... lies!

My husband helped Operation Life start in Clark County so I know this stuff is true. Jaimie has a revisionist history of the facts and for good reason. He is a nasty person.
Jamie Johns is very vindictive, much like Bob. Putting your name on anything telling about him is probably not a good idea.

This blog has turned into something I don't want to be a part of. I used to find it amusing following the stupidness of Bob Freeman but Dude, you've let things spiral out of control. It's now just a hate site that has terribly homophobic and bigoted undertones. Why are you allowing this? You're losing all credibility.
The Democratic Party is no longer what it used to be under Gary Bell. There was a man who would encourage conservatives, moderates, and liberals under one roof. a true uniter. Somewhat conservative himself!

I'm not a big fan of Gary Bell either. During the election, I complained to him about Bob's campaign tactics, and he pretty much told me where to go. Tells me all I need to know about him.
Gary Bell wasn't a leader. He was afraid of his own shadow. Look at some of the candidates that ran under Gary's rule. Bob Freeman, Chris Rutan, Rick Miller. He had no control of who the Democrats supported. At least under Jamie's leadership, the party didn't allow Bob to run and refused to support Chris Rutan.
From what I'm told, Bob wanted to run for City Council again and Jamie told him he would not be supported by the Democratic Party, the same as Chris Rutan.
You all can say whatever you like but as long as Jamie is Democrat Chairman, Bob Freeman will not be on the Democrat ticket with any support from the party. He and Jason have both told him he is no longer welcome as a candidate. He embarassed them pretty bad during the trustee campaign. I know this first hand.
I'm not sure why you'd attack Jessie Hill. She's just an old lady that volunteers her time to help her party. She's no backstabber.
And believing that Jason Vest thinks there was some sabotage of the Columbus website, I've never heard of that. I've heard both Mayor Armstrong and Judy Jackson say there were never any ski lakes planned. I've never heard Jason say anything different. Conspiracy nut? Sounds like some made up BS to me. All comments about Jamie and his behavior are true. Jason good guy but is a puppet. Jamie used to treat all well at first but that would change fast. He treated randy like crap and did anything he could to hurt him. His sister is the only reason no one can touch him.
Lets not forget what happened in the green room years ago. Jamie and his boys even tried to get me to go up there when I applied. Also randy trizler owned stat for a time but jamie called the shots. When Mrs. Jackson jamies sister gets out of the office in columbus Jamie will be free game for overdue legal process. He will no longer have immunity.
