Am I the only one who gets frustrated with Lucy's always acting like Bloomington is such a wonderful place that we should emulate? Although I don't think she is, she comes across as a snobbish elitist with it at times.
She also seems to think that Dems can do no wrong and buys everything that MSNBC and some of the lib media portrays. Also, for someone who has had some run ins with Bob, she sure seems to defend him now at all costs.

There are definitely some smart libs and there are definitely some mentally challenged conservatives. However, so many libs I have seen have such pride in their intellect, think they are so smart but miss the forest for the trees, and don't get simple things. It is like they are floating in the clouds somewhere.
I know some who are nice enough, but join the I hate Sarah Palin group. But, if I joined the I hate Obama group they would take me to task. More of that do as I say, not as I do attitude coupled with the "rules change according to how it affects me and what side I am on" mentality.
I have also seen them be so hateful and ridicule the right. I know some who live in California who have take Arnold to task when programs got cut. They once again fail to see that things have to be paid for and that years of entitlements and services have bankrupted their state. Arnold wasn't a lot better. He would probably be considered liberal most anywhere else. However, he gets the blame from these people because he does trim a few things and because of the letter R that follows his name.
When are these idiots going to learn that money doesn't grow on trees and that no matter how lofty the goal, a price has to be paid?
IMO Lucy is a scatterbrain. Bob plays her, and she is so simple, it works every time.
Yes....she constantly talks about Bloomington, and how it is so much better than Columbus in every way. She should shut up and just move back there. She also acts like she's neck deep in what goes on with the city of Columbus. She lives in Edinburgh. Try to explain something to her. Whether it be a basic thing, or complex with specifics, most of the time she does not understand plain, simple English. She misinterprets 80% of what goes past her eyes and ears, and the more someone tries to clarify something to her, the farther away she gets from understanding. Her old man seems to be a good egg. Strange for him to be with her, IMO, but there's a lot of that out there, and that's between them. She worked at the hospital, so in her mind, that makes her a medical information genius.
She's probably still moist from the time she briefly introduced Obama while here on his campaign for the Presidency.
