Web Pages Bob Needs To Read

The following web page explains "libel per se".

Libel And Slander

The following web page addresses assertions of fact dressed up as opinions. I believe Bob does this all the time, so his claim that his opinions can't be considered libel is suspect. I think it also calls into question his claim that "asking questions is not libelous".

It would appear Jeremy and Bob are passing out the life preservers over at Columbuzz. Much like the Titanic, it's going down!

It's doubtful that Bob would pass out life preservers. That would be to admit what everyone else already knows, his days as a political commentator, editor, journalist and publisher are over just like his political career.

Little Bobby never learned to prune his tongue and in the end it IS his huge yap that is his demise.

It probably depends what the question is. If it is an honest question that has been begged or is te result of a logical thought process, its probably not libel if he does not attempt to answer it without proof, and so long as it is asking for information rather than being an accusation. For instance, if i uncovered money being funneled from congress to a nonprofit to a candidats campaign which who has passed legislation for them, it would be logical for me to ask the question, "what else is going on?" but if i asked something like "what kind of criminal isthis guy?" that would be more of a statement in the form of a question.

Bob seems to like dtating his opinions by using questions so he can claim no libel per se. It wont stand in court, especially since he does it so much.

Part of me doesn’t want to go to court,

YEAH, YOUR WIFE AND YOUR WALLET!

but another part of me would love to.

YEAH, YOUR BIG FAT EGO! YOU STILL DON'T GET IT BUT YOU WILL SOON!
