Stupidity is the one and only reason that Fred Barkes is still in that office. The stupidity of people for voting a straight ticket for a party and paying no attention what so ever about who they are voting for.
As for Eastside running a homeless shelter, they aren't exactly the greatest thing going either. Be careful what personal information you give them there because when you get a bunch of old women gossipping, it doesn't take long for that information to start spreading around town; no matter what the HIPA Laws say.
