Bob vs Bob 4.0

Bob #1:
"We have no way of knowing who did the post. Nor do we care."
"I think anonymous is anonymous."
"But knowing an IP address doesn't tell us who it is, usually.... And we don't really care who it is."
"But their name doesn't matter"
"We protect the privacy of those who post here."

Bob #2:
"Apparently Samantha knows the IP address or she has a way to trace it to the hospital.  I hope you find out the policy and I hope they can know who it is, as I suspect they can."

They actually believe that if someone representing the world renowned Columbuzz.net contacts an employer, that the employer will jump to attention at their complaint, or inquiry, and take care of the issue that Columbuzz has brought to their attention...even if it means termination or disciplinary action against one of their employees?

When Columbuzz talks - people listen.

"Administrator Johnson?"
"Yes, Public Relations Manager Wilson?"
"Columbuzz is getting disagreeable comments from a user of our computers."
"Well, we can't have that, Wilson!"
"I agree Mr. Johnson. I am calling a staff meeting this morning in order to form an investigative committee. Columbuzz should be protected from such opposition, and it is our duty to provide them with 100% satisfaction."
"Great idea, Wilson. WE WILL NOT STAND FOR COLUMBUZZ TO BE UPSET! They are great, and they deserve the utmost respect from every single citizen!"
"You betcha, Mr. Johnson. We owe them our attention on this matter, and hope that they will forgive us for allowing such shenanigans from our people. HEADS WILL ROLL!"
"Good work, Wilson. I'm sending Columbuzz flowers and a gift card immediately."
